A Great Introduction to Kathmandu

This was our first proper day exploring Kathmandu and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. We visited some of the main heritage areas and had enough time to actually look around instead of being rushed from one stop to another. What I appreciated most was having someone local explain the small details, customs and background behind the places we were seeing. The traffic and crowds in Kathmandu can feel overwhelming at first, but the whole day was handled smoothly and we never felt stressed. It was a very easy and enjoyable way to get introduced to the city.
