Trip Itinerary

Altitude: 2,380 m.

Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi via Trishuli Bazaar. This scenic drive takes you through picturesque villages and farmland along the Trishuli River. After

reaching Syabrubesi, enjoy your first night in this quaint village at the gateway to Langtang.

Duration : 5-6 hours.

Begin your trek through lush forests, crossing streams, and passing small settlements on the way to Lama Hotel, a peaceful spot for an overnight stay.


Duration : 5-6 hours.

Continue your trek through beautiful forests of rhododendron and oak to Langtang Village, where you’ll get a glimpse of the local Tamang culture.

Duration : 4-5 hours.


From Langtang Village, head towards Kyanjin Gompa, the highest point of this section of the trek. Here, you’ll be able to witness breathtaking views of the


surrounding peaks like Langtang Lirung.

Duration : 7-8 hours.


Acclimatization day with a hike to Tsergo Ri (4,980 m), a high point that offers panoramic views of the Langtang region’s snow-capped peaks. Return to Kyanjin


Gompa for the night.

Duration : 6-7 hours.

Descend back to Lama Hotel, retracing your steps through forests and past villages, while soaking in the beautiful mountain landscapes.

Duration: 5-6 hours.

Continue your descent and then climb up to Thulo Syabru, a charming village offering views of the surrounding mountains.

Duration : 4-5 hours.

Hike up to Singh Gompa, a serene monastery offering breathtaking views of the Langtang range and the surrounding valleys.

Duration : 6-7 hours.

Trek through lush forests and alpine meadows to reach the holy Gosaikunda Lake. This sacred lake is an important pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.

Duration : 4-5 hours.

Explore the stunning Gosaikunda Lake and take in the tranquil surroundings. In the afternoon, descend to Chandanbari (Singh Gompa) for an overnight stay.

Duration: 4-5 hours.

Continue your descent to Dhunche, where you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Langtang Valley.

Duration: 7-8 hours.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu via the same scenic route, completing the trek with unforgettable memories of the Langtang region.
